📋 Description

• Own commission calculation, validation, and reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Eng, Partnerships
• Advise on plan design and payout mechanics
• Own mega deal structuring for $4–5M+ deals
• Grow processes and infra for scalable commissions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning commissions at a high-growth software company
• Proven commission design expertise and payout economics
• Experience with mega deals and complex transactions
• Familiarity with commission tools; EverStage a plus
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Executive presence to discuss strategy with Sales/Finance
