Senior Manager, Compliance Monitoring & Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead design and continuous enhancement of a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Program.
• Conduct targeted reviews across healthcare engagements, speaker programs, sponsorships, medical
• Assess adherence to US healthcare compliance laws and privacy requirements (e.g., AKS, False Claims
• Identify control weaknesses and emerging risks; translate into actionable risk assessments and
• Develop monitoring reports, executive dashboards, and KPI/trend analyses for stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams to implement corrective actions and remediate findings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., JD, MBA, MPH, PharmD).
• 7+ years in healthcare compliance, monitoring, internal audit, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance laws and industry codes.
• Experience building analytics strategies and automated monitoring in a complex org.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, ACL or
• Ability to define data requirements across multiple systems and identify risks from data.
