📋 Description

• Lead Roofstock's Construction organization across multiple markets.
• Oversee renovation, turn, and capital improvement programs with focus on safety, budget, and
• Partner with Product, Property Management, Field Operations, Vendor Management, Asset Management

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of residential construction or related field experience with increasing leadership scope.
• 5+ years leading managers or high-performing operational teams in multi-market environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-market operations with accountability for quality, budget, service
• Strong understanding of construction practices, estimating, scopes of work, and lifecycle
• Experience developing operational processes, driving change, and leading continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
