Lead regular performance reviews (weekly/monthly) against metrics per Regional PM
Maintain documentation trail for performance: flags, commitments, changes
Escalation point above Regional PMs for unresolved issues
Present regional performance data to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

5+ years managing a distributed field team in construction or home services
Proven ability to build KPI frameworks and performance systems from scratch
Direct people management experience
Comfort with data and dashboards to drive decisions
Experience guiding teams through change
