🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, consulting, or SaaS/enterprise software.
• 3+ years in people management overseeing consultants or project managers.
• Experience defining consulting methodologies emphasizing best practices and efficiency.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Client-facing, translating business objectives into delivery strategies.
