• Proven track record building and scaling digital communities with outcomes.
• Experience designing/producing events (in-person and virtual).
• Experience in ambassador/advocacy programs.
• Ability to tie community work to business outcomes.
• Strong opinions on format, channels, and time investments.
• Collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
