📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to identify strategic opportunities to accelerate product roadmap and business
• Lead analyses to evaluate build / buy / partner scenarios and provide strategic recommendations
• Manage all stages of deal processes, including sourcing, assessment, valuation, negotiations, due
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to advance growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in corporate development, investment banking, VC, or PE
• Proactive ownership mindset in a dynamic environment
• Passion for high-growth tech, FinTech, and traditional FinServices
• Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and valuation skills
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
