📋 Description

• Own the annual tech roadmap for Systems & Infrastructure engineering.
• Identify toil and drive API-driven automation for JML lifecycle.
• Lead blameless post-mortems with Security on incident response.
• Liaise with Workplace/HR on large-scale initiatives like office buildouts.
• Vet architecture designs for Okta workflows, MDM, and network security.
• Manage SaaS vendor and ISP contracts to ensure reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent; 8+ yrs IT Eng; 3+ yrs in leadership.
• 100% cloud-native environment experience; no on-prem footprint.
• Expert in Okta IdP (SAML, SCIM, OIDC, Workflows).
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Deep knowledge of MDM systems (Jamf, Intune) and security stacks.
• Automation and scripting (Python, Bash, APIs) to evaluate designs.
