People management experience leading sourcing professionals.
Strong commercial and negotiation acumen; experience with MSAs/SOWs and TCO modelling.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement; ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
Risk management expertise across multi-jurisdictional environments.
Nice to have: experience in tech/high-growth sectors and CLM platforms (Coupa, NetSuite, Pivot)
