Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategy projects from problem definition through execution alignment
• Define analytical approaches, integrate inputs, and translate insights into recommendations
• Shape strategic initiatives, including growth strategy, market entry, and investment opportunities
• Drive components of the strategic planning process, synthesising inputs into priorities and
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, pace, and delivery against strategic
• Develop materials for senior leadership to support informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience (~5 yrs) in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, investment banking, or
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to frame and structure ambiguous problems and translate
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects or workstreams, delivering high-quality outcomes
• Experience developing and evaluating growth strategies, investment cases, and market opportunities
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, driving alignment across functions
• Experience managing or coaching junior team members, ensuring quality and development
