Senior Manager, Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Partner with Health, Merchandising, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams to drive data-driven decisions
• Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-impact analytics and AI-native insights
• Interact with VP+ stakeholders and executive team to shape priorities and reporting standards
• Own analytics roadmap, KPI definitions, and self-serve analytics tools
• Balance hands-on IC work with people leadership in a fast-paced, growth environment

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data analytics, with 5+ years in a management role
• Deep ecommerce/retail analytics knowledge: inventory, pricing, order economics, fulfillment costs
• Experience building AI-native analytics infrastructure and self-serve reporting
• Strong ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and executive-level collaboration
• Proven ability to manage and develop analysts, set priorities, and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent data governance, quality, and strategy skills
