🎯 Requirements

Hands-on EHS or quality management on construction/industrial sites (data centres or similar).
Willingness to travel regularly and engage in detailed site work.
Standard-setter mindset; contribute to writing the rulebook, not just enforcement.
Safety-first attitude with hands-on approach over specific certification.
Nice-to-have: NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification; experience with European and US regulatory
