Senior Manager - Data Centre Infrastructure Delivery

📋 Description

• Lead planning, design review, construction, commissioning, and handover of data centre infra.
• Oversee civil/structural/site development; ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Manage EPC contractors and delivery partners with strong governance.
• Lead electrical infra: substations, MV/LV, transformers, switchgear, UPS, gens.
• Ensure redundancy and resilience meeting Tier III/IV requirements.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning across critical systems for operational readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in delivering data centre or mission-critical infra.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience from design through handover.
• Strong civil/structural, electrical, HVAC, EPC, testing/commissioning expertise.
• Experience with substations, MV/LV, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators.
• Familiar with Tier III/IV, TIA-942, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
