Senior Manager, Data Engineering

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of data architecture and pipeline solutions
• Design semantic layer as single source of truth for BI
• Lead sprint planning, release delivery, and track DevOps metrics
• Design and operationalize data quality framework with monitoring and alerting
• Establish MLOps capabilities and ML/AI platform integration
• Manage data architecture and pipelines with monitoring and controls

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering or related field
• Experience with SQL-based platforms and modern cloud data warehouses
• Proven sprint/DevOps metrics management and Jira proficiency
• Version control and CI/CD with Git-based tools
• Strong proficiency in SSIS, Spark, PySpark, and data pipeline tech
• Experience mentoring data engineers and managing data platform ops
