Senior Manager, Data Science - AI and Styling Algorithms

📋 Description

• Lead the Styling Algorithms team to drive AI/ML interventions for styling experiences.
• Shape product roadmap for direct client-facing styling experiences and personalization.
• Oversee end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, data science teams, UI/UX, and business leaders to meet
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI-assisted development and fashion tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related field; Master/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in design/deployment of AI/ML solutions, retail personalization preferred.
• 2+ years as a team lead or people manager.
• Ability to write/review production-grade Python code.
• Applied knowledge of AI-assisted coding practices and agentic product solutions.
• Strong communication to discuss complex tech with business audiences.
