Lead APAC regional Ops Eng teams (US, Malaysia, Vietnam) with Hsinchu during NPI.
Own end-to-end supplier quality and component engineering.
Drive DFM and DFT initiatives for early risk mitigation.
Oversee manufacturing quality and key metrics (yield, Cp, Cpk).
Partner with R&D, Product Eng, and PM for product intro and ramp.
Mentor cross-functional teams across regions and partners.

🎯 Requirements

10–15+ years in Operations, Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality in electronics.
Proven ability to lead regional/global engineering teams.
Successful NPI execution and ramp in APAC.
DFM, DFT, supplier quality, and component engineering expertise.
Experience with EMS/JDM/ODM contract manufacturing.
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
