📋 Description

• Lead the team building code-native Webflow and enable high-fidelity round-tripping between visual
• Own the developer experience of working with Webflow in code, from core primitives to tooling and
• Work as a player-coach: grow an exceptional team while contributing directly to technical work.
• Shaping architecture and resolving hard design decisions to move faster without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across Webflow.
• Stay technically engaged through architecture reviews, prototyping, and hands-on contribution where

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years leading engineering teams building developer products, platforms, or technically complex
• Strong technical depth in areas like compilers, code generation, language tooling, IDEs, or
• Experience building with AI or agentic systems or ability to dive deep quickly
• Track record turning ambiguous technical problems into usable customer-facing systems
• Ability to balance long-term architecture with shipping and learning pressure
