Senior Manager, ERP Applications

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the Global Shop ERP platform supporting
• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations, including planning, requirements gathering, configuration
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, communications, and delivery activities
• Configure and maintain ERP modules supporting manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production
• Troubleshoot complex application issues, system defects, integration failures, and data
• Develop and maintain PSQL queries, operational reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering
• 7–10 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems, preferably within a manufacturing
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Global Shop ERP.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through
• Advanced functional and technical knowledge of Global Shop and manufacturing ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, purchasing
