🎯 Requirements

6+ years in unsecured consumer lending with portfolio ownership
Experience developing credit strategies: policy, pricing, limits, segmentation
Experience with partnership or B2B2C lending a strong plus
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with ambiguity and indirect data signals
Proactive in surfacing risks and opportunities; clear communicator
Cross-functional influence with product and engineering on credit priorities
