📋 Description

• Lead international facilities operations post-project turnover for non-U.S. sites.
• Establish regional operating models with clear site accountability and escalation.
• Develop annual site plans, service models, staffing, and priorities by site tier and risk.
• Serve as senior escalation point for reliability, workplace service, landlord, and site-continuity
• Drive asset management, maintenance, and lifecycle visibility across portfolio.
• Set service levels, monitor performance, and address infrastructure risks early.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in facilities management, engineering, or
• 12+ years in facilities management or related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site regional operations and outsourced providers.
• Experience in facilities supporting manufacturing, engineering, labs, aviation, or technically
• Ownership of budgets, forecasts, vendor performance, service levels, and risk.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, and incident response.
