🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in facilities management, engineering, operations, construction
• 12+ years in facilities management, corporate real estate operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or regional operations with direct people leadership and outsourcing
• Experience with facilities supporting manufacturing, laboratories, aviation, or other technically
• Strong ownership of budgets, forecasts, vendor performance, service levels, and facility risk.
• Knowledge of maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, work-orders, asset lifecycle
