📋 Description

Lead APAC FCC Monitoring & Testing framework
Validate AML, Sanctions, KYC/KYB controls
Establish metrics for monitoring program effectiveness
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and regional teams
Represent FCC monitoring during examinations and audits

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or related field
CAMS or ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance
10+ years in FCC QA, monitoring, or related control function
Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/KYB
Experience with risk-based testing, scoping, and remediation
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
