Senior Manager, Finance and Strategy - R&D

📋 Description

• Finance leader for Samsara's R&D org, partnering with C-levels on budget trade-offs and
• Own FP&A for R&D and Supply Chain across Software, Firmware, Hardware Eng, PM, and Supply
• Lead forecasting, controllership, and real-time visibility with AI-enabled reporting
• Build scalable processes and develop a high-performing, inclusive team
• Compose guidance to leaders and investors with robust financial modelling
• Remote role open to candidates based in Canada

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or strategic finance
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset and clear communicators
• Experience with AI tools and data management (SQL, Tableau)
• Familiarity with AWS cost management and ERP systems (NetSuite/Salesforce/Workday)
