Promote career development of 3 internal direct reports
Manage offshore vendor relationships across locations/timezones

🎯 Requirements

8+ years building financial/accounting or event-driven systems
6+ years as a manager
8+ years in automating end-to-end NetSuite processes
Deep NetSuite knowledge: SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows
Strong communicator with finance, product, and engineering leaders
