Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the FP&A function for the company and partner with finance leadership.
• Manage the financial model end-to-end; update headcount, tools, and driver performance as needed.
• Tell the month’s story with narrative for leadership and Board.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for operating expenses.
• Own ARR reporting accuracy in Finqore and related systems.
• Partner with GTM and other leaders on revenue performance and drivers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A with at least 2 years in leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a financial model and explaining its drivers.
• Track record coaching analysts and enabling their best work.
• Deep modeling/forecasting with documented assumptions.
• Ability to tell the month’s story to finance and non-finance audiences; board experience a plus.
• Judgment to act without a senior peer; proactive direction setting.
