Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the FP&A function for the company, reporting to the Senior Director, Finance.
• Maintain and defend the financial model, including headcount, tools, and driver performance.
• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing reforecasting for operating expenses with a financial analyst.
• Ensure accuracy of ARR reporting in Finqore and partner with GTM Ops on monthly revenue drivers and
• Coach and develop the FP&A team; set expectations and provide growth opportunities.
• Use AI to automate recurring workflows, perform initial checks, and accelerate commentary and slide

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A with at least 2 years in leadership within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience owning a financial model end-to-end and explaining its drivers.
• Track record of coaching analysts and enabling their best work.
• Strong modeling/forecasting depth with well-documented assumptions.
• Ability to tell the month’s story to finance and non-finance audiences; handle board-level
• Judgment to act with incomplete information and direction-setting without a senior peer.
