Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

📋 Description

• Own global payroll operating model across employees, contractors, EORs/PEOs.
• Manage and develop a 2–3 person direct-report team with execution discipline.
• Lead equity administration in Shareworks: grants, data updates, reconciliation.
• Identify and implement automation to minimize manual data transfers.
• Partner with HR Tech, IT, and Finance to consolidate payroll platforms.
• Strengthen compliance, payroll controls, and audit readiness.
