Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

📋 Description

• Own the global payroll operating model across employees, contractors, EORs, PEOs.
• Lead and develop a remote team of 2-3 direct reports with strong execution.
• Manage equity administration in Shareworks: grant processing and data updates.
• Identify and implement automation to minimize manual data transfers and data friction.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to consolidate payroll platforms.
• Strengthen payroll controls, compliance and documentation for audits.

• Global payroll leadership across multi-country ops (EOR/PEO/local providers).
• Equity administration using Shareworks; grant lifecycles & tax coordination.
• Systems & automation: HRIS integrations and workflow optimization.
• Payroll controls, audit readiness, tax implications in fintech.
• Player-coach: manage and upskill a remote team while hands-on.
• Commercial and analytical mindset; data-driven scaling decisions.
