Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

📋 Description

• Own the global payroll model across employees, contractors, EORs, and PEOs.
• Manage and develop a 2–3 person payroll team.
• Lead equity administration in Shareworks: grants and data updates.
• Implement automation to minimize manual data transfers and friction.
• Partner with HR Tech, IT, and Finance to consolidate payroll platforms.
• Strengthen payroll controls and audit-ready documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Global Payroll leadership across multiple countries, incl. EOR/PEO.
• Equity administration expertise with Shareworks; grant lifecycle experience.
• Systems & Automation: HRIS integrations; optimize workflows; reduce manual touchpoints.
• Controls & Compliance: payroll controls, audit readiness, tax implications in fintech.
• Player-coach capability: manage and upskill remote ops while hands-on.
• Commercial & Analytical mindset: data-driven decisions to drive scaling efficiency.
