Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global payroll across employees, contractors, EORs, PEOs, and local providers.
• Lead and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports with strong execution.
• Lead equity administration in Shareworks: grant processing, data updates, reconciliation.
• Identify and implement automation to minimize manual data transfers and data friction.
• Partner with HRTech, IT, and Finance to consolidate payroll platforms and improve reliability.
• Strengthen payroll controls, compliance, and documentation for audit readiness.

• Global payroll leadership across multiple countries (EOR/PEO/local providers).
• Equity administration using Shareworks; grants lifecycle and tax coordination.
• HRIS integrations and workflow automation to reduce manual work.
• Payroll controls, audit readiness, and tax implications in fintech contexts.
• Player-coach with remote team leadership and hands-on technical work.
• Commercial and analytical mindset to drive data-based scaling.
