📋 Description

• Own global payroll model across employees, contractors, EORs, PEOs.
• Lead a team of 2–3 direct reports with high operational standards.
• Admin equity in Shareworks: grant processing, data updates, reconciliation.
• Identify and implement automation to minimize manual data transfers, errors.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to drive payroll platform consolidations.
• Strengthen compliance protocols, payroll controls, and audit readiness.
