📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global payroll model across employees, contractors, EORs.
• Lead a remote team of 2–3 direct reports with high execution standards.
• Oversee equity administration in Shareworks: grants and data updates.
• Design automation workflows to minimize manual data transfers.
• Collaborate with HR Tech, IT, and Finance on payroll platform consolidations.
• Strengthen payroll controls, compliance and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Global payroll leadership with multi-country operations and EOR/PEO familiarity.
• Equity administration experience with Shareworks.
• Systems and automation focus; HRIS integrations and workflow optimization.
