🎯 Requirements

Typically 10+ years experience with a Bachelor's, or 7+ with a Master's, or 5+ with a PhD.
Proven track record shipping products in a fast-paced environment.
Experience growing and mentoring high-performance teams.
Career growth planning and execution; mentoring team members.
Ability to identify gaps and hire/train to fill capabilities.
Strong cross-functional negotiation and collaboration skills.
