📋 Description

• Lead an engineering team for modern identity governance services.
• Define tech strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap for IGA.
• Oversee SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in enterprise settings.
• Drive identity lifecycle management, access requests, certs, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC.
• Guide migration from legacy to cloud-based IGA capabilities.
• Establish governance for human and non-human identities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Identity/Access Management or similar engineering field.
• 5+ years leading software or identity engineering teams.
• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in enterprise.
• Proven experience with SailPoint implementations end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle mgmt, certifications, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC.
• Experience with APIs, connectors, automation frameworks, enterprise systems.
