📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for communicating, handling, recovering from, and learning from security
• Operate at tactical and strategic levels, engaging stakeholders enterprise‑wide to drive results.
• Use incident response data to guide resource allocation, threat mitigation, and analyst development.
• Collaborate with IR/SOC leaders to deliver continuous monitoring and response capabilities.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Provide front‑line coordination and people leadership to IR/SOC analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field or equivalent
• 8+ years in Security Operations or Incident Response; 6+ years conducting cyber investigations with
• At least 2 years of experience managing or monitoring GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.
• Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment; willing to learn new skills and
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative team player able to build relationships across technology and business teams.
