Senior Manager, Information Technology

📋 Description

• Lead and support day-to-day IT operations across distributed environment
• Manage and develop a small IT team; provide guidance
• Partner with cross-functional teams for onboarding, tooling, access, security
• Drive improvements in IT processes and systems (identity management, device mgmt, SaaS tooling)
• Support and maintain compliance and security practices (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience including leading or mentoring others in a team environment
• Strong player-coach mindset — comfortable leading while staying hands-on
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments with evolving processes
• Solid understanding of modern IT systems/tools (IDP, MDM, EDR, VPN, DLP) and SaaS-based environments
• Experience supporting or partnering on compliance/security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Strong operational instincts — prioritization and driving work forward
