  • Own and grow a network of professional traders in UAE, MENA, Europe to drive revenue.
  • Design and execute long-term sales strategy for UAE, MENA, Europe; set growth targets.
  • Lead regional market-entry and expansion; navigate regulatory landscapes and adapt offerings.
  • Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance to localize perpetual futures, futures, and options.
  • Represent Coinbase at client meetings and industry events; deepen relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in derivatives sales/trading/structuring (crypto or FX/rates/equities) with P&L responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of UAE, MENA, Europe crypto regulation; proven regional growth strategy.
  • Expertise in perpetual futures, futures, and options; existing prosumer/advanced retail relationships.
  • Proven experience with active traders (high-value retail, pro day traders) on derivatives platforms.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within UAE, MENA, Europe.
  • Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.
