Oversee channels, listening, engagement, and change communications.
Partner with executives, HR, Culture & Engagement, and leaders to align messaging with
Manage comms technology improvements and digital workplace initiatives.
Serve as senior editor ensuring clear, consistent messaging across audiences.
Support frontline, operational, and corporate audiences with two-way communication.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate comms.
3+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise initiatives.
Experience communicating with dispersed frontline workforces.
Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet platforms, survey tech.
