• 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning, instructional design, or talent
• Experience operating modern digital talent stacks and implementing AI-driven learning tools.
• Learning technology architecture, AI integration, and capability-building experience.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to create live dashboards and translate KPIs into learning
