🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing and delivering learning programs in fast-paced settings.
• Translate operational/clinical needs into practical learning solutions.
• Build scalable, high-impact learning programs end-to-end.
• Partner with Clinical Ops, IT, and leaders across functions.
• Remote-ready; comfortable in distributed teams.
• Familiar with LMS and AI-enabled learning tools.
