📋 Description

• Build and run a high-performing legal operations team with clear direction and performance
• Deploy an AI enablement program embedded into attorney workflows with agentic automations.
• Lead legal and business operations initiatives (Go-To-Market, CPQ) and Ironclad workflows for new
• Improve contract lifecycle management systems with cross-system integrations (Oracle, Zip
• Oversee outside counsel operations: billing guidelines, e-billing, law firm evaluations, and spend
• Build and maintain knowledge management infra and KPI dashboards for leadership visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in legal operations, strategy & operations, with 3+ years of direct people management.
• Proven track record leading at least two end-to-end technology implementations with deep system
• Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to drive multiple complex initiatives in a
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across legal, policy, finance, IT, and business
