Senior Manager, Legal Technology, Operations & AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead a legal operations team with clear priorities and development plans.
• Define strategy for legal technology, operations, and AI enablement, aligning with priorities.
• Manage end-to-end tech implementations and integrations across CLM, CRM, CPQ, finance, and HR.
• Develop AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to reduce manual work and boost productivity.
• Evaluate AI and legal tech options; manage vendors and build vs buy decisions.
• Drive adoption through AI enablement programs and embedding tools in workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in legal operations/strategy with ownership of a legal ops program.
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading two+ end-to-end technology implementations with significant integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad, Zip, Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, Workday or comparable systems.
• Practical experience evaluating, deploying, and managing AI tools and workflows.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder skills.
