📋 Description

• Lead 3PL and carrier governance and relationships
• Drive cost governance to lower logistics spend
• Optimize parcel routing to reduce costs
• Manage carrier/3PL performance for margin growth
• Eliminate budget leakage from invoicing and surcharges
• Oversee monthly invoice validation and cost audits

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in parcel logistics, contracts, and 3PL relationships
• Proven leadership in drafting, launching, negotiating contracts
• Financial acumen in freight cost validation and invoicing
• Strong routing analytics and carrier optimization
• NetSuite ERP experience is a plus
• Hybrid work: 3 days/week on-site at Knix HQ
