Drive modernization, hybrid integration, and platform enhancements
Align solutions with client objectives and Ensono's tech vision

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in technical roles; 3+ years in architecture leadership
5+ years with mainframe (z/OS, CICS, IMS, DB2, etc.)
5+ years in external client-facing roles with stakeholders
6+ years in Ensono or similar mainframe MSP/SI environments
Deep expertise in mainframe modernization and cloud-to-mainframe integration
Strong knowledge of Ensono Delivery Methodology and mainframe offerings
