📋 Description

• Create and execute provider-centric marketing plans for CoolSculpting and CoolTone via the HCP
• Develop HCP-targeted assets, messaging, and educational content.
• Manage marketing budget and agency relationships.
• Support field sales with aligned business model and cross-functional communication.
• Plan provider and consumer promotions, launches, and pricing initiatives.
• Develop HCP social and digital content to grow awareness and community.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required (MBA or advanced degree
• 5-10 years in HCP/consumer marketing in healthcare, device, or pharma sectors.
• Proven leadership in strategic marketing, provider programs, cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25-30%.
