🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
10+ years in mechanical design for aerospace or rugged hardware
3+ years of leadership/manager experience
NX CAD, GD&T, and detailed 3D models/drawings
Familiarity with FMEA, ASME/ISO/ASTM standards, and FEA tools
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration
