• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 10 years (BS), 8 years (MS), or 4 years (PhD) of relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years in a highly regulated environment (e.g., CLIA/FDA) and 3+ years leading a DevOps/software
• Strong background in for-production tools, systems, and performance optimization.
• Excellent Python development, AWS cloud experience, Git workflows, and SDLC familiarity.
• Proficient in UNIX/Linux, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and automation tooling; knowledge of genomics data is a
