Senior Manager of Data Science Production Engineering, DevOps

📋 Description

• Lead a DevOps team to develop, test, deploy, maintain, and update DSPE data/ cloud platforms and
• Manage the DevOps team to ensure timely, robust software delivery with correct functionality.
• Train and coach team members on new technologies, procedures, and best practices.
• Create and maintain operational visibility of the DSPE DevOps team’s workload and productivity.
• Collaborate with DSPE leadership to design architecture and infrastructure docs for efficient
• Engage with stakeholders to align roadmaps, report platform performance, and ensure compliance/docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent Python programming skills for cloud apps and automation.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MySQL; production DB-based app development.
• Experience with AWS and deploying production software/tools in the cloud.
• Strong Git/GitHub/GitLab workflow and SDLC understanding.
• Proficient Linux command line; experience with IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
