Senior Manager of Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead corporate strategy planning and roadmap development.
• Manage OKRs, goal-setting, and MBR processes; align teams to objectives.
• Deploy go-to-market strategies and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with senior leaders across functions to translate data into actionable actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, or related roles in a complex matrix
• Experience leading OKRs, goal-setting, and business reviews with accountability.
• Strong track record deploying GTM strategies and managing initiatives from planning to execution.
• Expertise building cross-functional partnerships and aligning stakeholders around goals.
• Structured problem-solving skills; translate data and insights into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to tailor messages for senior audiences.
