📋 Description

• Lead Enablement and Launch Management teams for scalable product launches.
• Develop scalable launch practices across planning, enablement, execution, and post-launch
• Drive organizational readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Oversee enablement programs for sales, support, and client success teams.
• Coordinate go-to-market execution and align product strategies with business objectives.
• Escalate to senior leadership with visibility into launch progress and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in product operations, launch management, product management, or program management; 3+ in
• Experience managing full product launch lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch analysis.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and obstacle removal to protect timelines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
